


Two members of the Dr Gastaldi Orquin Traumatology Institute have joined a health expedition in Tanzania.
Dr. Gema Gastaldi and nurse Laura Turpin have travelled to the African country to share healthcare techniques at the Bugando Medial Center.
This is a Spanish expedition in which different professionals have visited and performed surgery on patients in the Tanzanian town of Bugando.
Along with Dr. Gastaldi and nurse Turpin, from ITGO, doctors Cristina Sánchez Losilla, Marcos López Vega, Borja Maruenda and Francisco Jara, as well as students Andrea Carrasco and Alba Pou.
It is planned that each season several professionals from the Gastaldi Institute will join different expeditions to cooperate.
