El Instituto de Traumatología Gastaldi Orquin (ITGO) fue creado por el Dr. Enrique Gastaldi en 2017. It has been and continues to be his way of consolidating more than three decades of experience in the field of Traumatology and Orthopedic Surgery to offer the best solutions to any patient with injuries or diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

To the healthcare mission of ITGO, other objectives aligned with the founder’s vocation are added, such as teaching and clinical research.

To achieve this, it has a team of medical specialists in Traumatology, Sports Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, and Bodily Injury Assessment.
Additionally, the team implements techniques and treatments supported by the latest technologies. Hence, one of its most emblematic specialties is the application of biological therapies, such as growth factors and mesenchymal stem cells.

Dr. Enrique Gastaldi is one of the pioneers in the Valencian Community and Spain in the development of arthroscopic surgery. Similarly, he is a leading figure in sports traumatology, following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. Gastaldi Albiol, the first specialist in Sports Medicine in Valencia.

In recent years, he has also been a pioneer in the use of orthobiological therapies for the treatment of sports and degenerative injuries.

In 1992, he founded the Gastaldi Clinic and served as its director until 2020, when he focused on his new personal project: the Gastaldi Institute.

Similarly, it is established with the aim of passing on his experience and knowledge to new generations of professionals.
