The Gastaldi Orquin Trauma Institute (ITGO) was created by Dr. Enrique Gastaldi in 2017. It has been and is his way of concretizing more than three decades of experience in the field of Traumatology and Orthopedic Surgery to offer the best solutions to any patient who presents injuries or diseases of the locomotive system.

In addition to ITGO's healthcare purpose, there are other objectives inherent to its founder's vocation, such as teaching and clinical research.

To this end, it has a team of doctors who are specialists in Traumatology, Sports Medicine and Medicine for the Evaluation of Body Damage.
In addition, the group implements techniques and treatments with the support of the latest technologies. Hence, one of its most emblematic specialties is the application of biological therapies such as growth factors and mesenchymal stem cells.

Dr. Enrique Gastaldi is one of the pioneers in the Valencian Community and in Spain of the development of arthroscopic surgery. Likewise, he is a reference in sports traumatology, taking over from his father, Dr. Gastaldi Albiol, the first specialist in Sports Medicine in Valencia.

In recent times, he has also pioneered the use of orthobiological therapies for the treatment of sports and degenerative injuries.

In 1992 he founded the Gastaldi Clinic of which he is the director. At present, ITGO means a personal commitment and a definite advance for the total care of patients. Likewise, it is constituted with the purpose of transmitting his experience and knowledge to new generations of professionals.
